AUTOMATED NATIVE VERIFICATION
- All Teal entry points type-check; 30 tests pass, 0 fail, seed 7.
- Release EXE: TFB_DEMO=1 --headless --max-frames=120; exit 0,
  120 frames, clean host shutdown, 0 script runtime errors.
- Fresh ZIP extraction: EXE SHA-256 matches the release; repeat headless
  demo completes 120 frames, exit 0, 0 script runtime errors.
- Extracted windowed menu and demo each complete 120 frames, exit 0,
  0 script errors. Vulkan surface on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti.
- Stereo audio device callback contains nonzero output; menu peak 0.0512,
  demo peak 0.6458; 0 clipped samples in both short captures.
- ZIP CRC/content verification passes. Includes EXE, Windows README,
  RELEASE.json, procedural art/audio credits and both font licenses.
  No compiler, engine source or loose game files required. PE imports are
  Windows system DLLs only; MSVC runtime is linked statically.
- Each run uses isolated APPDATA; caller environment is preserved.

VISUAL VERIFICATION
- Launched the preliminary EXE from a separate fresh extraction on the interactive
  Windows desktop. Inspected the rendered title/menu, selected New descent
  with Enter, and inspected the rendered playable ward, weapon and HUD.
- The final static-runtime EXE passed the automated windowed menu/demo checks.
  Its additional interactive visual spot-check was stopped by the user with
  Escape before capture. No further desktop input was sent.
- Full human mission/controls playtest and listening on speakers/headphones
  remain pending. Audio checks establish device output, not listening quality.

WEBSITE
- Windows x64 link added alongside the existing Linux and Teal downloads.
- Current trailer, Linux archive and Teal source archive preserved byte-for-byte.
- npm ci and npm run site:check pass (static references, asset sizes and
  Wrangler deployment dry-run). No production deployment is made.
- Local Worker serves the final ZIP and release notes with HTTP 200; downloaded
  ZIP SHA-256 matches the packaged artifact. The Windows button was also tested
  in the browser before the final rebuild.
- Desktop and 390px mobile download layouts inspected; no horizontal overflow
  and no browser console warnings/errors. Current trailer link retained.
- Pinned Wrangler's local runtime falls back from compatibility date 2026-10-03
  to 2025-11-25. Production compatibility behavior has not been tested.

LIMITS
Unsigned development executable; macOS standalone release unverified.
Solo with AI companions. Eight-player online co-op remains planned.
No Cloudflare account/DNS settings changed.
